Send invoices and other documents from QuickBooks by Email.
Q-Email interfaces to several QuickBooks versions as outlined below. Simple, easy to understand graphical user interface. Sends the following QuickBooks documents as HTML email:
  • Invoices
  • Estimates
  • Credit memos
  • Sales receipts
  • Purchase orders
  • Timesheets
  • Statements

For each of those predefined layout schemes are used. These layouts can get customized via an HTML editor. A preview of the emails before delivery is implemented. The selection of documents is based on timeframes. The timeframes are similar to those QuickBooks is using, i.e. Previous Week, Previous Month, etc.

The emails may be accompanied by the document content as PDF(depending on the PDF driver) and/or XML. As recipient address, the email address as stored in QuickBooks is used. Alternatively an 'alternate' email address can be used. A BCC option for additional recipients, i.e. accountant, fulfillment center etc. is available.
Physically the emails are delivered either directly from your PC, via your ISP's SMTP account or via an installed Outlook 2002 or better. There is no third party server involved. So, the email is transmitted to the recipient(s) and to nobody else.

 

Demo version
The software is fully functional except delivery is to a test email address only. This can be any arbitrary valid email address.
A trial key, available on request, unlocks all functions.
 
Prerequisites
Windows XP, Vista
QuickBooks  2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 Pro, Premier, Accountant ( US /CA /UK versions ) . There may be some compatibility issues when using QuickBooks non US versions.
