    How can I figure out, which .Net Framework is installed at my computer ?

    Q: QuickBooks version not compatible
    When I start the program I receive a message that my QuickBooks version is not compatible with the program.

    A: Our programs are optimized for use with specific QuickBooks version. If you receive such a compatibility note - usually after you canged / upgraded QuickBooks - then you must also upgrade our program. To do this, please visit our pruchase page , select your product and enter your current registration key. Then we will offer you the price for the upgrade.

    Q: Activation Failure
    Cannot successfully activate the application. The application responds with
    Invalid Key (your registration key)

    A: 1. Make sure that you copy and paste the activation key correctly
    2. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet and please switch off your firewall during the activation process. Then try again.
    If you receive a message that the key is already activated, please email addQin support to free up the key.

    Q: Find QuickBooks version.
    How do I find my QuickBooks version?

    A: QuickBooks Desktop Versions.
    The version is shown in the title bar of the QuickBooks application. It reads ... QuickBooks Pro, Premiere, Enterprise Edition 200X. The version is also available in the Help Menu under About or by pressing Ctrl-1.

    QuickBooks Point-of-Sale.
    In the QuickBooks application click the Help menu and then the About Point-of-Sale entry.

    Q: Microsoft VISTA
    I have problems to run your software under Microsoft VISTA.

    A: Intuit recommends to use only QuickBooks 2007 and newer with Microsoft Vista.
    If you use QuickBooks 2007, you must switch the Vista UAC (User account control) to TRUE in order to work.
    This will be done in Vista, Control Panel, User Accounts and Family Safety, User Accounts.
    There may be also some other issues regarding the Vista security. If you run QuickBooks in Vista Administrator mode then we cannot access QuickBooks in Vista. So, please run QuickBooks in normal mode.

    Q: Activation Issues
    I cannot find my activation key.

    A: If your forgot your activation key or if you did not receive a activation key after payment, please click here. It will open a dialog where you can enter your PayPal transaction id of the purchase and retrieve your activation key.

    Q: Messages during activation.
    I cannot activate my key !

    A: After you entered your activation key a Message box may appear with the text 'Activation Key is invalid'. This message means that you are unable to use the software because of one of the following:
    1. The activation key is incomplete. Please check if you really copied the entire key from the webpage or the email you received.

    2. The activation key is still in use. The key is issued per installation and depends on the serial number. If you have installed our products at different computers at the same time or if you uninstalled an activated version and re-installed it your key gets invalidated. To avoid this, please deactivate your installation via the activation dialog. After that you can use the activation key for a different installation.

    3. Somebody has used your key before you could activate. If this is the case, please inform us. We will take care about it. Please include your serial number, which is displayed under Preferences|Activation

    Q: Compatibility Message during connection to QuickBooks
    I receive the message "Your current QuickBooks version is not compatible with this product" when I connect to QuickBooks.

    A: The message means that you changed the QuickBooks version our product is registered to. In this case you have to upgrade the license, since our software products are tailored to your specific QuickBooks Edition. We charge a fee for the license upgrade
