QMerchant Process Credit Cards with several payment providers and QuickBooks.


QMerchant - as a customized solution - integrates Authorize.Net, PayPal,PayTrace and SecureNet as payment processors into QuickBooks and QuickBooks - Point of Sale (POS). It works with the QuickBooks transactions Sale, Receive Payment, Credit Memo and Invoice. Whenever you add or modify one of these transactions you can capture this information to charge credit cards or eChecks by using the selected payment processor.

When using authorize.net as payment processor Recurring Billing via invoices is supported also. Furthermore you can accept credit cards without having Internet access and process those later.

  • Usage outside of QuickBooks as Virtual Terminal.

Certified Authorize.Net solution for Card Present(CP) and Card Not Present (CNP) transactions. Implements Wells Fargo SecureSource requirements. Performs transaction types like Authorize, Capture, Void, Credit etc..

QMerchant supports most Magnetic Card Readers as USB device to read the magnetic stripe of a credit card. It also supports all other readers that emulate a keyboard(keyboard wedge).

Demo / Trial Version
The software is fully functional but accepts transactions in the payment processor's test mode only. This is for your security. A trial key, available on request, unlocks all the functions for a short time.


Prerequisites
Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server, Net 2.0 Framework or better installed.
Merchant contract with one of the following payment gateway providers:
  • Authorize.Net
  • PayPal Pro
  • PayTrace
  • SecureNet
  • Comdata
  • BluePay
  • HPS
  • Goto Billing
  • All others that have authorize.net as back end

QuickBooks 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 Pro, Premier, Enterprise (US only).
QuickBooks - Point of Sale V4.0R1 or newer.
There may be some compatibility issues when using QuickBooks non US versions.
